July Monthly Update, Hot Tips & More!

Here at Canvas ME, are all about the content. We want to start bringing you some really important information, once a month, that we can share with our partners to make things better, keep everybody on track, and let you know of some really important things are coming up.
First thing, the July National Student Onboarding is going to held on Wednesday, July 12th at 1pm EST.
We also have really great new national opportunities on the platform. We want to highlight those for apply and get connected with the awesome companies! Matrix is hiring for multiple education positions in multiple cities. Get onto that opportunities page, you know how easy to apply for opportunity! Just hit that Apply Now button and submit your Canvas ME portfolio.
Finally, I have a really great tip and trick for you for editing your portfolio. We all know how important it is to be able to share and brag about all the thing that while we’re in school. While we are learning and preparing for our careers! We have a really cool section on your portfolio called Celebrations, Certifications, and Awards – I want to talk about the section. You go into your portfolio login, you can view that Dashboard. You go into editing your portfolio with the pencil icon. From scroll all the way down, and you’re going see these Celebrations section and you’re on hit “Add Award”. I have added a couple here on my portfolio – I’m adding that I joined Student Council. And then I want to add took a course here on Canvas ME the platform. I’ve added that I took these L’Oreal Head Up class and earned that badge. Now, I’m going to view my portfolio, I can see those new badges.
Make sure that you constantly updating your celebrations, and making sure to date with all have achieved. Take the L’Oreal class or the Redken Safe Space course, you too can add those badges to your platform.
